Tennessee3feet.org is a state-wide collaborative effort between Walk Bike Nashville , Harpeth Bike Club , and the Jeff Roth Cycling Foundation to promote cycling safety and advocacy in Tennessee, namely to bring awareness to the Jeff Roth and Brian Brown Bicycle Protection Act of 2007.  This is a volunteer effort to develop the website, promotional materials, press releases and everything else.
